Nous sommes partis ce matin a la Hunter Valley - juste 2 heures et demi de Sydney. Il faisait tres beau, ciel bleu, une journee d'ete.
Lunch at Harrigans, an Irish Pub with of course Irish beer; much appreciated after our drive.
On a mange a midi a Harrigans, un Pub irlandais, avec les bonnes bieres irlandais, beaucoup apprecie apres le trajet.
Whilst the lunch was excellent we caught our first sight of a kookaburra in the Irish Pub. The poor bird had a broken leg and is unable to survive in the woods but has found a home around the pub. He's a nice little chap, quite tame and happy with us humans and really a lovely bird as you see below:
Dejeuner etait excellent et nous avons vu un kookaburra pour la premiere fois. Il avait un jambe casse et etait incapable de vivre dans les bois, mais il a trouve un petit nid au pub. Tres jolie petit oiseau!!
Then it was off to the Hermitage Hotel, organised by Greg, excellent....set in some lovely gardens, vines, lakes and views over the surroundings. We couldn't ask for anything better.....luxury!http://www.hermitagelodge.com.au/
Notre hotel etait trouve par Greg et etait excellent, entoure par les jardins, vignobles, lacs et les vues magnifiques. On ne pouvait pas demander mieux!!
